A little while ago, we set out to find Builders & Developers in the North Georgia area (Canton, Elijay, Macedonia, Woodstock, etc.) which had fantastic developments, but were relatively unknown to people in the area. We found a few developers that fit the bill, but none quite so much as Colonial Construction and Remodeling Co., owners of Autumn Brook. They had the best home plans, the best lots, and all in the best area. I wouldn't be suprised if we end up working with them in some capacity in the near future. Check them out if you are looking for real estate in Canton, Georgia. They really do have the best deal in that area. More to come.
