In my previous post, I mentioned how we met MCD Homes in Port St. Lucie, FL. At the second show we went to in Miami, we met a Developer named: Georgia Mountain Communities. They probably have the best property available in all of North Georgia. They also have pre-development property available in North Carolina & Tennessee. We're in a time where people are reluctant to sell their home, but everyone knows that it's a buyers market. If you have a potential buyer in the North Atlanta Metro area, make sure you look this folks up.
