Strategic Development has partnered up with Colonial Construction and Remodeling to market and sell homes within the Autumn Brook sub-division in Canton, Georgia. Autumn Brook is a unique community with 54 planned traditional and craftsman-style homes on Highway 20, approximately a mile and a half east of I-575 North. Imagine living on 68 wooded acres, complete with an on-site private park and bocce court. This beautiful natural setting is a National Wildlife Federation certified Wildlife Habitat featuring EarthCraft home construction. The homes in Autumn Brook are built by Joe DiCicco, owner of Colonial Construction and Remodeling Co. Joe has been building and remodeling homes and businesses in the Atlanta area for more than 30 years. Colonial Construction-built homes grace many subdivisions in Cobb, Fulton and Cherokee counties from Falls of Cherokee, Brooke Park and Coventry Green to Tiffany Lane, Breckenridge and Avignon. Joe has received People's Choice and Best of Show awards for his work at Chateau Elan and Bradshaw Farms.

The two parties are planning to formalize the agreement in the coming weeks. 

A little while ago, we set out to find Builders & Developers in the North Georgia area (Canton, Elijay, Macedonia, Woodstock, etc.) which had fantastic developments, but were relatively unknown to people in the area. We found a few developers that fit the bill, but none quite so much as Colonial Construction and Remodeling Co., owners of Autumn Brook. They had the best home plans, the best lots, and all in the best area. I wouldn't be suprised if we end up working with them in some capacity in the near future.
