A little while ago, we set out to find Builders & Developers in the North Georgia area (Canton, Elijay, Macedonia, Woodstock, etc.) which had fantastic developments, but were relatively unknown to people in the area. We found a few developers that fit the bill, but none quite so much as Colonial Construction and Remodeling Co., owners of Autumn Brook. They had the best home plans, the best lots, and all in the best area. I wouldn't be suprised if we end up working with them in some capacity in the near future. In my previous post, I mentioned how we met MCD Homes in Port St. Lucie, FL. At the second show we went to in Miami, we met a Developer named: Georgia Mountain Communities. They probably have the best property available in all of North Georgia. They also have pre-development property available in North Carolina & Tennessee. We're in a time where people are reluctant to sell their home, but everyone knows that it's a buyers market. If you have a potential buyer in the North Atlanta Metro area, make sure you look this folks up.

Recently our company attended a couple of Real Estate shows in Florida. We met a Builder, MCD Homes, at the first show who was telling us about their latest model to hit the streets. It's a 4/3 for $199,000 in the Port St. Lucie area. For anyone who knows Port St. Lucie...this is a great steal! They have wonderfully built homes and their "co-brokes" are very reasonable.
